From October 2023, all orders abroad will be shipped via our shipping alliance partner, DHL. All items shipped by USS2 are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance expires upon receipt of delivery and receipt confirmation. Business hours for the release of ordered products are Monday-Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and are closed on Saturdays/Sundays/Korean statutory holidays. Shipping Method: Express Shipping Delivery time: 2-4 business days As soon as the ordered product is shipped, we will send you an email with related information including the tracking number so that you can check the delivery status. Delivery tracking is available through the provided link 1-2 hours after receiving the email.
