How to order a product


   1. If you've find favorite items, please put in the basket (Direct order to go beyond the screen, the "Order" and click)

   2. Product purchase will proceed. Product name and quantity, size, check the fare.

   3. Please put your order name and address.

   4. Please select payment method.

   5. For orders, please check the amount you're willing to pay.

   6. Payment by Credit Card If you have selected, enter your billing information to payment window after please complete the payment.

   ※ product color, texture, etc. due to the nature of the computer display, the actual colors may look different.

Delivery


- Shipping Fee

   International shipping fee will vary depending on the shipping company rate basis. (including box weight)


- Delivery Date

   Normally, it takes about 3~5 business days from your order Product Availability countries, commodity shipping, inventory clearance, etc., depending on the circumstances may vary.

   Starts when the goods shipped, the purchaser, e-mail or My Page> Order Details page can check the shipping information.


- Attention (Below can be arrived a little late on the day. With that in mind, we are seeking your understanding)

   Customer did order without business hours.

   Our temporary holiday, New Year, summer holidays.

   Shipping congestion, inclement weather conditions and etc.

   Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays for the ordered goods will be shipped the next business day.




Payments  


  Total payments for the products and shipping.

  ※ Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be imposed by the destination country.


- Duties & Taxes  

  Overseas purchases are considered personal income and may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the purchase amount.

  These charges are imposed by the destination country's customs and are not related to us.

  Please note that, due to the repeal of the US De Minimis policy, even items under $800 may incur approximately 10-20% customs duties or taxes depending on the item and origin.



Cancel/Exchange/Refund  


  We carefully check and inspect all products; however, we are responsible only for exchanges or refunds due to defective products.

  Please contact us via email at uss2official@naver.com for returns or exchanges.


- Order Cancellation  

  Orders can be canceled via email or Q&A only if the product is still being prepared.

  If you purchased without a deposit account, you can cancel your order directly on our website before payment.

  If you wish to cancel after shipment, the buyer must cover the return shipping costs.


- Return & Exchange  

  To request an exchange or return, please contact us via email or board within 7 business days after receiving the product.

  Exchanges are possible if the size or item is unsuitable and stock is available.

  For changes made due to buyer’s preference, handling fees may apply, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways.

  Upon your request confirmation, we will inform you of any applicable costs.

  If the product is defective, improperly shipped, or not as described, the seller bears the shipping fees.


- Important Remarks  

  All customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Disputes related to these charges will require proof of payment or relevant documentation.

  Please be aware that similar policies may expand to other regions such as Europe in the future.


- Case of impossible return

   non-defective, shipped correctly item

- A/S Guide 

   With our A/S, we aim to help you find the best solution for your beloved product.

   In the case of fabric, subsidiary materials, and sewing defects: Free repair or refund of purchase price is possible within one year from the date of purchase. However, you cannot get a refund after wearing it.

   We are not responsible for compensation for product damage due to consumer carelessness, deformation due to washing mistakes, 

   and quality abnormalities of products that have passed the warranty period, but if it is possible to repair it, we will repair it at actual cost.

   The damage compensation request will be notified within 7 days from the date of request and compensation details, and compensation measures will be made within 14 days from the date of notification.
