Please understand that these charges are charged by the destination country and are not related to us.
If the recipient refuses to receive the package, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-sent. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping) will be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping
Delivery is managed by affiliate courier DHL. All shipments from USS2 are insured against theft and accidental damage.
This insurance coverage will be terminated upon receipt of a confirmation of shipment and written receipt.
Shipping method : DHL Express
Delivery times : 2-4 business days
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel.
You can check the status of your shipment one to two hours after receiving the email by using the link provided.
- Order cancellation
You can cancel the order via e-mail or Q&A only if the product is being prepared.
If you purchase with non-deposit account,you can cancel order in my homepage by yourself before payment.
If you'd like to cancel order for your own will after shipment, buyer has to bear the shipping fee back and forth.
- Returns & Exchanges

If you need to exchange/return goods, please contact us via email or Q&A within 7 business days after arrived the product.
All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
Exchange/refund caused by a change of buyer's will, we may charge you handling fee and buyer is responsible for shipping fee back and forth.
As soon as your application is confirmed, we will inform you corresponding cost.
We will pay for the shipping fee for the return due to defective products or our fault.

With our A/S, we aim to help you find the best solution for your beloved product.
In the case of fabric, subsidiary materials, and sewing defects: Free repair or refund of purchase price is possible within one year from the date of purchase. However, you cannot get a refund after wearing it.
We are not responsible for compensation for product damage due to consumer carelessness, deformation due to washing mistakes, and quality abnormalities of products that have passed the warranty period, but if it is possible to repair it, we will repair it at actual cost.
The damage compensation request will be notified within 7 days from the date of request and compensation details, and compensation measures will be made within 14 days from the date of notification.
